Work in our Bildungshaus

We are always looking for good people!

Appreciation, respect and an atmosphere in which work is a pleasure – that is what is important to us. We want to make a difference and contribute to society and to do this we need people who have a desire to get involved and take responsibility for the future of our children – in all the areas of our company.

Flachsland Zukunftsschulen gGmbH and Kinderwelt Hamburg e.V. run more than 20 day-care facilities, several school partnerships and our own school. We also have our own vocational school for social education as well as catering kitchens for organic food, and the main office.

Working at Flachsland Zukunftsschulen gGmbH
We work in a different way to other funding organisations – bilingually, across all age groups and on the basis of the open pedagogy of mindfulness. Social equity and ecological action form the basis of our work.
